Rediscovering the pure joy within us, no matter what is happening in life, is one of the most empowering things we can do for ourselves.

Once we know how to reconnect with our natural state of joy and aliveness, we can choose to access it whenever we need to. Yoga, as well as neuroscience, shows that through repetition we strengthen the positive pathways in our body-mind.

Join Natalie, Senior Yoga Teacher and experienced Coach, to slow down, in a day that's devoted to exploring, cultivating and savouring joy.

We will spend time in yoga practice to awaken the physical and subtle energy bodies, dive deeply into joy-based meditative practice and explore reflective personal and group activities that help to anchor the practice of joy in our daily lives.

You will receive:

  • Gentle slow-flow yoga and breath practice, to access our energetic 'aliveness', suitable for new and experienced yoga practitioners, both men and women.
  • Guided joy-based meditation practice (plus a recording to take home).
  • Experience how a deep state of joy feels and learn how to consciously connect with it.
  • Notes and empowering coaching activities to apply in your life.
  • Quiet time for personal reflection and journalling.
  • A nourishing, delicious vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea.

Booking Details

Places on this Day Retreat are limited to 16 participants. 

Once you make your booking and payment, you will receive an emailed receipt from us that confirms your registration. Then the day before the Day Retreat, you will receive a reminder email from us with all of the details.

Time:  11am - 4.30pm

Cost:  $150 or $280 booking with a friend or partner
          $120 Momentum members (6/12 month membership holders)
